Last week, I traveled to Brazil to meet my great-grandmother: Florentina de Jesus. She's a joyful and lovely 102 years old lady living in the city of Jurema, Piaui.
Although she never met me, she welcomed me with hugs and kisses as you would expect from any grandma. She was happy to share stories about her family, my deceased great-grandfather Antonio, who used to play several instruments, and she even sang songs to entertain us.
